Mudremane Estate | India
Coffee from the Mudremane farm in Chikmagalur, the region where coffee was first grown in India. It went through classic washed processing: the fruit is removed, the beans are washed and only then dried. This gives a clean, delicate and easy-to-read flavour.
In the cup: black tea, floral notes, brown sugar and a fresh acidity reminiscent of ripe sweet lime.
A light, elegant coffee for those who like a clean taste without heaviness. Great for both filter and espresso.
